Implementation

The applicant declares a medical condition which is recognised in the Healix system - this prompts brief and simple questions. 

The responses to the questions are looked at in the context of information such as weight, height and lifestyle, then analysed and insurance terms generated by the underwriting engine.
 
The process allows insurers to make informed, automated underwriting decisions which can be conveyed to the applicant at the time of application - ideal in a telephone or web sales environment.
