Healix International

Healix International has been providing a medical consultancy and international repatriation service to insurance and assistance clients since 1992. It is now the largest organisation providing these services in the UK. Calls to Healix are answered by critical care nurses in the three operational hubs of London, Madrid and Auckland, and cases are managed in close co-operation with assistance and insurance colleagues. The nurses are supported by a team of doctors, led by a medical director. In addition, there is a formalised panel of consultant medical advisors across the spectrum of medical specialities to turn to for advice when required.

Healix International is a major provider of repatriation services handling approximately 1,500 repatriations a year by commercial carrier or air ambulance.

Healix International also offers a "React and Repat" service to corporate clients, providing bespoke consultancy, planning and repatriation services to companies and their staff who live or travel abroad.

We can also provide an emergency medical assistance and repatriation service to uninsured individuals who find themselves in need of help whilst abroad.
