Case Management
Healix have a dedicated team of doctors and nurses with over 10 years experience. They manage over 20,000 episodes per annum. This team look after each case from first appointment through to discharge.
Specifically they can:
- Monitor care to ensure that it is appropriate at all times
- Make referrals as necessary
- Discuss treatment plans with the treating physician
and multi-disciplinary team
- Answer queries from the patient and provide explanation
for treatment and drug therapies proposed
- Source a second opinion if required
- Provide continuity of care for your client
