Working in partnership with both Aon and Fortis, Healix was able to support the sales activity of Post Office Travel Insurance through the rapid implementation of our Safiri™ policy sales system.  With a white labelled version of Safiri™ delivered within just eight weeks of Aon and Fortis learning that they had been selected for the Post Office Travel Insurance business, they were quickly up and running with a streamlined system designed to support the highest levels of customer service. 

With our award winning medical risk assessment software already built-in, Post Office travel insurance staff were also able to screen customers with pre-existing medical conditions during the normal telephone sales process and quote premiums according to the risks presented, taking full advantage of increased sales conversion rates as a result of customers not having to make a separate call to complete their medical risk assessment.
